Senior Specialist, Operations

Overview

Role
- Change Management & Project Execution
- Lead change management activities across Legal Operations initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor project performance and success metrics to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
- Communication & Engagement
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies and channels for Legal Operations, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging across the Law Department.
- Create and distribute communications that support project rollouts, training programs, and technology updates.
- Training & Enablement
- Collaborate with People & Capabilities and Law Department stakeholders to design and execute onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Support the development of a comprehensive training curriculum tailored to legal technologies and operational tools.
- Track training participation and effectiveness, and recommend enhancements based on feedback and performance data.
- Technology Usage & License Management
- Partner with Technology and external vendors to manage legal tech licenses and subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate records of license activation, usage, and renewal schedules.
- Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities and ensure cost-effective license management.
