¿Eres un/a líder apasionado/a por el marketing digital y la gestión de proyectos creativos? En Immpetus Soluciones, estamos buscando un/a Project Manager con experiencia en campañas digitales para liderar proyectos innovadores y garantizar su éxito desde la planificación hasta la entrega. Principales Funciones: Liderar la ejecución de proyectos de marketing digital (campañas SEO/SEM, redes sociales, email marketing, contenidos y medios pagos). Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios (creativos, diseñadores, copywriters y especialistas en performance). Planificar y monitorear cronogramas, presupuestos y KPIs para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos. Coordinar con clientes y stakeholders para alinear expectativas y presentar reportes de resultados. Optimizar procesos con herramientas como Trello, Asana o Monday.com. Analizar datos (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) para tomar decisiones estratégicas. Requisitos Excluyentes: 3+ años de experiencia como PM en agencias de marketing digital o equipos internos (no aplica para TI o desarrollo de software). Manejo avanzado de plataformas: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot. Habilidades blandas: Liderazgo, comunicación asertiva y gestión de tiempos bajo presión. Certificaciones deseables: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Scrum Master (enfoque marketing). Ofrecemos: Salario competitivo $3.500.000 a $4.000.000 Oportunidades de crecimiento en una agencia innovadora.
