Responsibilities Lead and manage web development projects, coordinating all aspects of project delivery from translating client outcomes into roadmaps to tracking execution. Facilitate workshops and meetings – requirements gathering, prioritisation, design reviews, prototyping, product demos and stakeholder feedback sessions. Apply agile or hybrid‑agile methodologies, selecting best practices for efficient delivery across multidisciplinary teams. Work with PMO and Delivery to track budgets, timelines and resource allocation. Identify, communicate and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary to senior stakeholders. Serve as the primary project delivery point of contact for clients and teams, providing regular updates on progress and milestones. Continuously engage with client, account leadership and team to ensure value delivery. Foster a one‑team mindset and monitor team morale. Requirements 5+ years of proven leadership in delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions in an agency or product environment, with experience launching web products. Prior experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager leading large delivery teams in software development and e‑commerce. Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced environment with strong organisational skills. Deep understanding of the software development life cycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies (agile, scrum, kanban, etc.). Knowledge of technical concepts and tools such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, commerce and platform integrations. Experience with headless implementations (CommerceTools, BigCommerce, Contentful, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools – Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Miro (essential); MS Teams, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet (advantage). Agile or Scrum Master certifications (desirable). Strong belief in servant leadership and a can‑do attitude.
