Senior Technical Project Manager (100% Remote) SA Technologies Inc. Available to anyone in Latin America and the Caribbean, excluding Cuba and Venezuela. Get paid in the currency of your choosing (USD, MXN, R$, COP...). We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a US-based tech unicorn. Responsibilities Responsible for the management of the entire development cycle from definition/scope through implementation. Perform all program management activities for each project: planning, identify key resources and stakeholders, facilitate estimate and schedule planning, drive project milestones, lead kickoff and weekly meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, document outcomes, follow through on project retrospectives, etc. Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; communicate and collaborate across CSM, engineering, and product on decisions and resolutions. Uncover and manage interdependencies and impacts across projects and teams during discovery, planning, and scoping; coordinate execution alignment and cross‑project issue escalation. Monitor project progress continuously and own execution reporting to keep all team members accountable and all key stakeholders informed. Recommend re‑prioritisation and/or re‑sequencing to accommodate delivery project workload in accordance with resource availability and roadmap changes; facility with critical path analysis. Manage through influence, often without direct management authority, sometimes navigating divergent expectations. Troubleshoot and solve technical and business‑related implementation problems in real‑time, and assign to other team members or elevate as appropriate. Provide thought leadership when addressing technical customer challenges and/or program execution hurdles. Continuously improve and scale the broader organization. Requirements C1 level English or above. 6+ years of technical product/project management or equivalent experience for a technology company. Proficient with software development lifecycle methodologies: Agile versus Waterfall; project management frameworks. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions internally or externally. Strong organizational skills to prioritise many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items; able to operate independently. Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and cross‑functional interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment. Benefits This is a fully remote position that does not require US work authorization.
