What You’ll Be Doing Are you results focused and love to help others? Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? In this role, you’ll work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Typical Day Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities from start to close What You Bring to the Role Sales aptitude and active listening skills to target the needs of existing customers, with the motivation and determination to capture sales cues and upsell products and services that meet those needs 6 months of call center and/or customer service experience Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken Currently live in Bogota or the immediate surroundings Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask) Competency using Microsoft Windows What You Can Expect Supportive of your career and professional development An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values Base wage of 3,200,000 COP + $462,500 COP meal allowance + 1,000,000 COP hiring bonus Benefits Our business is about making customers happy.
