Short Description We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Growth Specialist to build a qualified pipeline and waitlist for a new operating system product suite. You will research and target accounts, launch LinkedIn and cold-email outreach, test positioning and offers, and convert attention into booked founder conversations. The role also supports light SEO and authority efforts, runs small growth experiments (lead magnets, micro-tools, resources), and tracks performance so the team knows which channels and messages drive results. PTO and paid U.S. holidays Responsibilities Own day-to-day demand generation across LinkedIn and cold email, including researching accounts, building contact lists, launching targeted outreach, and nurturing conversations toward booked calls. Select and operate prospecting tools within platform guidelines, maintain clean data and simple tracking so every record has a next step, and report on channel performance and message effectiveness. Build prospect lists and sequences focused on relevance and personalization, write and test short copy, monitor replies and calendar outcomes, and suggest ongoing improvements. Conduct basic keyword and competitor research, support link/authority initiatives, and coordinate with content to ensure key pages are discoverable. Propose and run small growth experiments—lead magnets, resources, simple funnels—and identify external communities or channels where the products should show up. Qualifications Experience running outbound for B2B or agency-focused products with founders or small teams. Comfort operating daily in LinkedIn, email, and spreadsheets/CRM trackers. Familiarity with basic SEO concepts, competitor/keyword research, and link outreach (plus). Ability to write concise prospecting copy and test variations.
