Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Finance Professional to join our Global Digital Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving global financial performance through the expert forecasting of revenue, cost of sales, and gross margin. You will join a high-impact team that serves as the central coordination point between digital commercial leaders, regional finance leads, and sales operations to bridge the gap between market dynamics and financial outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead the global forecasting process for digital revenue and gross margin, developing sophisticated financial models that link bookings and billings to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks. Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and regional finance stakeholders to align sales pipeline data with go‑to‑market strategies and margin expansion goals. Ensure compliance with organizational standards by delivering consistent financial reporting, KPI measurement, and actionable variance analysis for executive decision‑making. What You’ll Bring 6‑8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), with a specific focus on revenue and gross margin management within a global, matrixed environment. Strong knowledge of financial systems and data tools, including advanced proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel. Proven ability in financial modeling and pipeline analysis, with a track record of synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights to drive business growth.
