We'll count on you to: Analyze complex financial data and quantitative analyses to support business partners in providing financial recommendations. Review and conduct analysis of financial planning information and reports, and make recommendations for changes to management. Communicate with business partners on a consistent basis to ensure alignment and close relationships. Assist in the month‑end close process by preparing recurring/standard and ad‑hoc reports, researching general ledger activities to understand variances to budget and prior year. Evaluate financial plans by identifying expected performance and potential returns on investments. Prepare financial presentations using charts, graphs, and econometric models, effectively communicating key financial highlights to business leaders with strong storytelling skills. Assist in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; track and report on initiatives. Prepare financial planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Update financial databases by entering, verifying, and securing data. What You Need Experience working in multinational companies. 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering or a related field. Proficiency in English and Spanish; a third language is an asset. Strong financial core FP&A skills and corporate finance understanding. Excel proficiency.
