FP&A Senior Analyst

What We Are Seeking

We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam. As a FP&A Senior Analyst, you will review and give support to the administrative processes of the area, applying the rules and procedures defined and preparing necessary documentation to comply with each of these processes, achieving timely results and ensuring the operation of the financial operation.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

- Reviewing, analysis and control software contracts from bookings, billing to cash collection.

- Leading the monthly renewals forecast meeting.

- Following up the Professional Services’ projects revenue, billing, and costs.

- Updating the Professional Services key performance indicator file.

- Analyzing month‑end results, providing the business monthly reports.

- Managing the commissions process from sales target performance for all the go‑to‑market team, calculating values and submitting information to the owners and payroll.

Skills

- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills.

- Experience managing billing, revenue, and expense processes.

- Ability to support and improve financial operations and compliance.

- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.

- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of data analytics and AI tools is a plus.

- Leadership in coordinating financial processes and teams.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.

Experience

- At least 2 years of experience working in financial departments or similar roles.

- Proficiency in analyzing financial data in Excel.

- Deep knowledge in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

- Experience as a Business Partner facilitating communication with stakeholders.

- Experience with data analytics, AI tools, big data, and Power Automation (nice to have).

- English – advanced level.
