This role is key to maximizing the value of our existing portfolio by combining consultative management, data analysis, and a strong focus on exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires strategic vision, commercial skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships that ensure long‑term growth and retention. What you’ll do: Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a $4M portfolio, achieving 13% annual revenue growth. Revenue Expansion: Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to boost results. Client Retention: Maintain a 75% retention rate through strong and proactive relationships. Strategic Engagement: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with PARETO accounts, ensuring follow‑up and tangible outcomes. Insights & Analysis: Leverage CRM (HubSpot) and client data to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Technology Adoption: Drive TMS adoption, achieving 80% active usage across accounts. Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with operations and support teams to solve challenges and ensure flawless service. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in Account Management and portfolio growth. Strong consultative sales skills (upselling/cross‑selling). Analytical ability to interpret client and market data. Excellent communication and presentation skills (ideal for QBRs). Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or other CRMs. Proactive problem‑solving and customer satisfaction mindset. Knowledge of logistics and PRIMO’s solutions (or willingness to learn quickly). High level of English (written and spoken), able to communicate effectively with international clients.
