System Integration Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Integration Specialist to join our IT Application Management team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless communication and data flow across our diverse ecosystem of 130+ enterprise applications, as well as with external partners through EDI and other integration protocols. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in system integration, application interfacing, and data exchange technologies—with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) expertise considered a strong asset. Internal Application Integration Design, implement, and maintain integrations between internal applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) using SAP BTP and other tools Collaborate with application owners to understand data flows, dependencies, and integration requirements Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations External Partner Integration Manage and support EDI interfaces with customers and vendors (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices) Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and partner-specific requirements Coordinate onboarding of new trading partners and maintain integration documentation SAP BTP Integration Leverage SAP BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite , API Management , and Event Mesh to build scalable and secure integrations Develop and manage iFlows , APIs, and connectors within SAP BTP Collaborate with SAP Basis and application teams to ensure alignment with SAP architecture and governance Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and security protocols Maintain integration architecture diagrams and documentation Participate in application lifecycle planning to ensure integration scalability and maintainability Required Certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in application/system integration Strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols Proficiency in API development and integration platforms Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.) Strong understanding of SAP HANA Cloud, CDS views , and SQL scripting .
