You'll work directly with healthcare providers and patients to manage appointments and ensure a smooth scheduling process. What You'll Do Confirm patient eligibility and pre-authorization requirements. Provide appointment reminders and ensure proper follow-up. Keep accurate records using EMRs and scheduling tools. What We’re Looking For English proficiency (B2 or higher). Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or scheduling. Organized and able to manage multiple calendars and systems.
