Responsibilities Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify bottlenecks, rework, deviations, and optimization opportunities. Configure and build dashboards, KPIs, analytical views, and automations within Celonis. Translate client needs into Process Mining–based solutions that drive efficiency and measurable value. Lead discovery, validation, and results-presentation sessions with stakeholders. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of models, connectors, and analyses. Design strategic recommendations based on data insights and manage the ongoing improvement cycle. Participate in pre-sales initiatives, demos, and value-proposition presentations. Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain fluid communication with local and international clients. Requirements Education: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation. Previous experience with Celonis or other Process Mining tools (mandatory). Technical Knowledge: Celonis EMS: Data Models, Event Logs, Transformations, KPIs, Action Flows. SQL (intermediate or advanced). Knowledge in data analysis, BI, and automation. Preferred: basic knowledge of Python, RPA, or continuous-improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma). Soft Skills: Clear, business-oriented communication. Critical and analytical thinking. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Consulting mindset and results orientation. Autonomy, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new technologies. Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written).
