**Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead technical solutioning across a wide range of client industries, with a strong focus on Agentforce and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities. In this role, you will design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures while working closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure business objectives are successfully met.

This position blends deep Salesforce platform expertise with a consultative mindset. You will architect solutions spanning core Salesforce capabilities, automation, integrations, data, and AI-powered features such as Agentforce and Data360, ensuring solutions are grounded in trusted data and governed for production use.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

**Professional Experience**
- 5+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant
- Hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations across multiple cloud products

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including:

- Data modeling and security
- Automation using Salesforce Flow
- Integration patterns and best practices
- Experience designing Flow-driven solutions and determining when Apex or integrations are required
- Experience architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
- Comfort working across industries and adapting solutions to evolving business needs

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures
- Design and govern AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions, including Agentforce use cases executed through Salesforce Flow, Apex, and integrations
- Guide discovery workshops, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery
- Oversee and contribute to build and quality assurance activities to ensure architectural integrity
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional delivery teams and client stakeholders
- Mentor internal team members and contribute to technical standards and architectural best practices
- Stay current on emerging Salesforce platform capabilities and promote continuous improvement in solution design

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, including:

- Prompt grounding
- Automation orchestration
- Agent-driven workflows
- Experience with Data360 (certification preferred)
- Consulting experience in Agile delivery environments
- 2-3 Salesforce certifications or equivalent experience, such as:

- Agentforce Specialist
- Data360 Consultant
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
- Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
- Salesforce Architect certifications
