[Job - 26661] Technical Business Analyst, Colombia

Position Overview As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of the NGSS solution architecture. You will engage with various stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specifications, driving a superior user experience while supporting application development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field. At least three years of applicable IT experience working on large application initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage in business-level discussions and technical discussions with peers. Experience with web-based application development teams; experience in an agile environment is a plus. Proficiency in diagnosing application issues by reviewing log files; familiarity with Splunk or similar APM tools. Working knowledge of RESTful API concepts, including experience with OpenAPI and Postman. Proficient in handling JSON files and understanding database concepts. Familiarity with one or more programming languages; C# experience is a plus. Basic understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and manage problems independently. Knowledge of UML or similar modeling language is advantageous. Advanced English proficiency. Nice-to-have Skills Experience in cloud environments or with AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand the business requirements and validate the NGSS solution architecture against existing functionality across international use cases. Comprehend the NGSS applications and services, engaging in discussions at various levels of technical complexity. Deliver solutions for new NGSS features by translating business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with solution architects to develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including API specifications, domain models, and sequence diagrams. Work alongside product designers (UI/UX) to enhance the user experience of NGSS applications. Lead hand-off meetings to share solution specifications with the development team and provide ongoing guidance throughout the development lifecycle. Identify dependencies, perform gap analysis, and manage the team backlog to ensure smooth project execution.
