Food card. Ample opportunity for career advancement and continuing education. Position Overview We’re Looking To Hire a Senior Business Analyst. You will work with our incredible clients in one of two ways: Team Augmentation – Integrate directly into the client’s team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily. Design & Build – Lead a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. Advanced English and a four‑year college degree. Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Strong ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Experience supporting solution design and delivery with engineering teams. Leadership of stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex, ambiguous problems. Experience with Jira for backlog management, user story creation and refinement, prioritization, sprint tracking, and daily collaboration with engineering teams. Documentation of workflows, data models, and system interactions. Work on large, complex systems with multiple integrations. Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Extreme ownership and a can‑do attitude. Consistent 40 hours per week.
