Security Senior Manager es un puesto de liderazgo estratégico y senior. Responsable de la protección integral de los activos, personal y operaciones de DHL Express en la zona asignada. Su rol central es desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de seguridad, gestionar riesgos y liderar la respuesta ante crisis, asegurando un entorno seguro y la continuidad del negocio. Actúa como el principal enlace con las autoridades locales y organismos reguladores. Objetivos Principales Desarrollar e Implementar Estrategias: Crear, ejecutar y mantener políticas, procedimientos y estrategias de seguridad integrales. Gestionar Riesgos y Vulnerabilidades: Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo y auditorías periódicas para identificar y mitigar amenazas a la operación. Garantizar el Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que la compañía cumpla con todas las leyes locales y regulaciones internacionales de seguridad. Liderar la Respuesta a Incidentes: Dirigir la ejecución de planes de manejo de crisis y respuesta a emergencias de manera efectiva. Capacitar y Desarrollar Equipos: Liderar, entrenar y mentorizar al equipo de seguridad para mantener los más altos estándares de desempeño. Requisitos y Competencias Clave Título universitario en Gestión de Seguridad, Justicia Criminal, Administración de Empresas o afín. Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos de seguridad en entornos corporativos o logísticos. Conocimiento extenso en protocolos de seguridad, gestión de riesgos y estándares de cumplimiento. Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación, de resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Competencias Clave Liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico y ético, proactividad, capacidad de networking con autoridades y manejo de múltiples prioridades.
