Recruiting Manager (BOG) Horatio Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Position Summary The Recruiting Manager collaborates with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes for employees. You will ensure that the team's recruiting strategies are up to date and help them implement new ones. You will also provide advice to Horatio on recruiting, interviewing, and improving our employer brand. Responsibilities Evaluate current recruiting procedures for efficiency and effectiveness Modify current recruiting procedures or develop new ones as needed Monitor key recruitment metrics and resolve issues impacting recruitment procedures Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team Attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships Liaise with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs Review and select suitable job advertising options Conduct interviews with job applicants and create a shortlist of suitable candidates Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Proven experience as a recruiting manager Proficiency in recruitment software Experience with virtual and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and assessment Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent management and leadership skills Sound organizational and decision-making skills Effective communication skills Education & Experience Advanced (near native) English proficiency Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Experience in recruitment in the BPO industry (required) On-site role based in Bogota.
