Estamos en busca de un Director de Inteligencia Artificial que tendrá la misión de coordinar la producción intelectual y el uso de la inteligencia artificial para su aplicación en la organización, enfocándose principalmente en datos no estructurados (videos, imágenes, audio) con el objetivo de obtener un profundo conocimiento del cliente y su negocio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la propuesta de aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial en la organización.
  • Organizar el equipo de AI de la organización, el área de AI Hub, basándose en las prioridades de las iniciativas de gestión de la demanda.
  • Optimizar los modelos y mantener las aplicaciones productivas dentro de la organización.
  • Desarrollar los modelos necesarios de computer vision, STT, y NLP para el proyecto de transformación digital.
  • Orientar a los comités en las iniciativas de proyectos.
  • Representar a la Gerencia de Sinergia Organizacional en proyectos y seguimientos relacionados con el desarrollo de inteligencia artificial.
  • Analizar nuevas tendencias en AI para decidir su implementación o desarrollo interno.
  • Entregar productos junto con las áreas de Riesgo y Analytics sobre modelos que se integren en el BRMS/BPM.
  • Detectar oportunamente las debilidades en las implementaciones realizadas y garantizar su usabilidad en los procesos que lo requieran.
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el líder inmediato o requeridas por la organización.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia certificada de al menos 3 años en proyectos de AI.
  • Título universitario en áreas técnicas STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería, matemáticas). Ingenieros, economistas, estadísticos, matemáticos.
  • Especialización o maestría en AI o Machine Learning.
  • Cursos certificados (deseable) en AI de grandes empresas tecnológicas (AWS, Google, Microsoft).
  • Sólidos conocimientos de programación en Python, R, SAS, MATLAB, WATSON.
  • Experiencia en el uso de servicios y herramientas de AWS para el desarrollo cloud native.
  • Manejo de aplicaciones específicas de inteligencia artificial en AWS, Google, Azure o IBM.
  • Experiencia con orquestadores como Kubernetes.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
