Propósito del puesto Diseñar e impulsar estrategias de marketing para proyectos inmobiliarios, alineando los objetivos comerciales del cliente con campañas eficaces y mensajes creativos. Será el/la responsable de definir la visión estratégica de cada proyecto desde la conceptualización hasta la ejecución, guiando al equipo creativo y de performance con foco total en resultados. Responsabilidades clave Dirección estratégica Diseñar estrategias digitales por fase del proyecto (pre-lanzamiento, lanzamiento y cierre). Proponer canales, mensajes, formatos y audiencias ideales. Detectar oportunidades de diferenciación y posicionamiento del producto. Coordinación creativa Dar dirección clara al equipo creativo en tono, concepto y estilo visual. Supervisar briefings, copies y visuales asegurando coherencia con la estrategia. Evaluar creatividades en función de impacto y claridad del mensaje. Relación con cliente Ser el enlace estratégico con el desarrollador inmobiliario. Presentar propuestas, racionales estratégicos y resultados. Traducir necesidades comerciales en acciones de marketing. Ejecución y seguimiento Planificar cronogramas junto al equipo operativo. Coordinar entregables semanales con creativos y especialistas en Ads. Validar entregables antes de presentación final. Análisis y optimización Revisar KPIs clave (CPL, CPV, ROAS) junto al área de performance. Interpretar datos y proponer ajustes estratégicos basados en comportamiento real del mercado. Entregables típicos Estructura de campaña por fase (objetivos, mensajes, audiencias). Brief creativo con lineamientos estratégicos y racionales. Presentaciones de resultados con conclusiones y aprendizajes. Propuestas de optimización mensual con foco en impacto. Reporte ligero de performance y cumplimiento de objetivos. Perfil que buscamos (must‑have) +2 años en roles de estrategia de marketing, planning creativo o cuentas estratégicas. Experiencia en agencias o áreas de marketing estratégico (no excluyente). Habilidad para conceptualizar campañas y conectar creatividad + datos. Excelente comunicación verbal, escrita y visual. Capacidad analítica para traducir KPIs en ideas accionables. Conocimiento básico en Meta Ads y Google Ads. Interés por el real estate o experiencia en proyectos inmobiliarios (deseable). Nice‑to‑have Experiencia presentando a clientes corporativos o institucionales. Familiaridad con CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive o Salesforce). Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis o visualización (Looker, Data Studio). Inglés intermedio‑avanzado. Competencias Pensamiento estratégico y mentalidad de negocio. Comunicación clara y visual. Curiosidad analítica y criterio comercial. Capacidad de síntesis y storytelling. Colaboración, adaptabilidad y buena actitud.
