El propósito principal de este rol será ser el vínculo comunicacional entre el área de Estrategia de Producto y las demás áreas de la compañía. El Senior Product Marketing Specialist deberá asegurar que la organización tenga conocimiento de toda implementación y mejora del portafolio asignado a través de los distintos canales de comunicación interna y externa a través de la estrecha colaboración con los Product Managers, Marketing y Diseño y demás áreas directamente involucradas por proyecto. La posición debe idear, planificar y garantizar la ejecución de estrategias de lanzamiento y GO-TO-MARKET de los productos Kushki.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Dominio profundo sobre las funcionalidades del portafolio de producto asignado
- Conocer y desarrollar los canales de comunicación interna y externa, para el portafolio asignado
- Desarrollar y documentar la comunicación de acuerdo con los formatos y canales de comunicación interna
- Coordinar con el equipo de Mercadotecnia los formatos y materiales de comunicación de cada canal
- Coordinar y controlar el proceso de Product Introduction de portafolio de productos asignado con los distintos usuarios internos
- Identificar y construir el material de propuesta de valor del portafolio de productos asignado
Desarrollo de indicadores de desempeño y/o funcionamiento de los lanzamientos ejecutados.
- Retroalimentar a áreas internas sobre la evolución de los lanzamientos (post-proyecto)
- Diseñar el Plan y Estacionalidad para cada tipo de Producto (Método de Pago) y País
- Crear recursos dirigidos al cliente, como decks comerciales, estudios de casos, videos, material promocional, y hubs de conocimiento de producto.
- Alinear el trabajo conjunto para lanzamientos de producto con equipos como ingeniería de producto, product enablement, marketing, sales engineering, integraciones, entre otros.
Nuestro Product Marketing Specialist deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Carrera Universitaria en áreas como Ingeniería Industrial y/o Ciencias Administrativas con perfil de Procesos / Marketing, y afines con las áreas de producto y marketing
- Deseable conocimiento en metodologías ágiles, metodologías de Comunicación, manejo de campañas de posicionamiento de producto
- Al menos 3 o más años de experiencia profesional, con énfasis en roles relacionados con producto y marketing, growth o crecimiento.
- Roles similares a Product Enablement, Product Sales Enablement o asociados
- Será deseable venir de Tecnología, Fintech o del ecosistema de Pagos
- Inglés intermedio – avanzado (conversacional)
- Será deseable tener conocimientos en áreas de marketing digital, marketing enfocado en tecnología (ejemplo: embudos de conversión)
- Conocimiento demostrable a través de su experiencia, en áreas de Producto y Marketing, estrategias de lanzamiento, canales específicos,
- Conocimiento demostrable a través de su experiencia, en diseño de estrategias de Go-to-Market
