Junior Graphic Designer (BOG) About The Role The Junior Graphic Designer should demonstrate a strong passion for creative ideas, visual aesthetics, and effective communication. This role will develop graphic materials that connect with the audience and strengthen the brand’s visual identity across all digital channels and print media. Key Responsibilities Design and produce visually appealing content for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, presentations, and printed materials Maintain visual consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables. Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives Support the creation of motion graphics, short videos, and other multimedia elements Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms and digital formats Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices Requirements Professional degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (agency or in-house) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines Basic knowledge of web design, social media formats, or UI/UX is considered a plus Skills Advanced written and spoken English proficiency Creativity and innovation to produce impactful visual solutions Responsibility and strong attention to detail in project execution Teamwork and collaboration across different departments Proactivity and autonomy to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Time management and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication Adaptability and openness to feedback for continuous improvement Location On-site role based in Bogota. #J-18808-Ljbffr
