**Resumen de trabajo**
Este puesto desempeña responsabilidades de cobro de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos para varios tipos de clientes. Él / ella impacta la organización al mejorar el flujo de caja, minimizar la morosidad, reducir los días de ventas pendientes y limitar la exposición a deudas incobrables. Este puesto gestiona las solicitudes y respuestas de facturación de importación de los clientes. Él/ella tiene amplio contacto con clientes, agencias externas y departamentos internos en relación con problemas que afectan el pago. Este puesto debe tener conocimiento de múltiples productos, servicios o unidades de negocio.
**Responsabilidades**:
Proporciona un excelente servicio al cliente.
Responde a las consultas de los clientes dentro del acuerdo de nível de servicio requerido.
Identifica, prioriza y resuelve problemas complejos que retrasan el pago.
Desarrolla, crea y analiza informes de cobranza y cuentas por cobrar.
Actualiza la información de los clientes y otras partes interesadas utilizando varios programas de software.
Supervisa y mantiene las cuentas de clientes asignadas.
Presenta recomendaciones para cancelar saldos de cuentas.
**Calificaciones**:
Profesional en Negocios Internacionales o areas relacionadas - Preferiblemente
Competencia en el uso de productos de Microsoft Office.
Experiência previa en cobranzas
Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de priorización.
Habilidades básicas de negociación.
Experiência manejando objeciones y ganando compromiso - Preferido
Inglés: 80%
