Esta posición es responsable de equilibrar pagos, facturas y ajustes en aplicaciones locales. Él/Ella registra con precisión todas las transacciones contables, identifica las excepciones, investiga las causas de las retenciones/retrasos e inicia la resolución. Completa informes del sistema, registra transacciones contables precisas, clasifica, archiva, compara facturas para su procesamiento. Sirve como enlace entre los departamentos y realiza otras tareas según lo solicitado.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ingreso de facturas al sistema.
- Revisa y da seguimiento a los estados de cuenta.
- Otras discrepancias en materia de facturas y pago de cuentas.
- Responde a problemas administrativos y consultas.
- Garantiza la exactitud de los registros.
- Clasifica, archiva y compara facturas para prepararlas para su procesamiento.

**Calificaciones**:

- Técnicos, tecnólogos de carreras contables, financieras o afines.
- Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access y Outlook
- Inglés intermedio 60%
