Overview Hola Somos Callbell, una empresa francesa con actividad a nivel global. Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para nuestro equipo de Soporte para el mercado Hispanoamericano, el puesto es completamente remoto. Jornada de 40 horas/semana. Pago en USD Responsabilidades Proporcionar soporte técnico remoto a los clientes en zona horaria de Latinoamérica. Colaborar con el equipo interno para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y desarrollar soluciones efectivas a problemas recurrentes. Comunicación constante con el equipo de soporte y desarrollo. Contribuir a la creación y actualización de artículos de base de conocimiento y guías de usuario. Requisitos Experiencia previa de 2 años a más en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en soporte remoto o help desk. Conocimiento sobre el mercado SaaS. Español fluido y contar como mínimo con nivel intermedio de inglés. Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Excel y sus funciones claves. Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a usuarios con diferentes niveles de habilidad. Disponibilidad para trabajar en zona horaria de Latinoamérica.
