**Responsabilidades**:
- Brindar soporte al equipo regional de Talent Acquisition.
- Generar los registros de las reuniones de levantamiento de perfil.
- Realización de publicaciones.
- Coordinación de entrevistas y reuniones de alineamiento.
- Realización de algunos procesos de selección.
- Hacer seguimiento a los background checks, ofertas salariales, feedbacks de entrevista, entre otros.
- Coordinación de los procesos de contratación.
- Participación de proyectos de mejora relacionados a la optimización del proceso, a iniciativas de inclusión & diversidad, entre otros.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudiante universitario en un ciclo de estudios de la segunda mitad de la carrera y con la posibilidad de practicar pre-profesionalmente durante 1 año.
- Inglés intermedio.
