Job Information Job Title: Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist Job ID: NICSIL Industry: Esthetics Location: PH Status: Full Time Work Schedule: EST- Business Hours Pay Rate: $700-$800 per month Target Start: ASAP About the Client The Client has been a dedicated esthetician and skin therapist since 2015, running their own successful practice. Due to recent business challenges, they are seeking a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support business growth through marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks. Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and skilled in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and administrative support. This role offers the potential for full-time expansion based on performance and business growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Lead Generation Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) using Buffer or similar tools Develop and implement paid ad campaigns Generate and nurture leads (no cold calling required) Content Creation Assist in creating blog posts, podcasts, and e-books Write copy for marketing materials (ads, emails, website, case studies) Administrative Support Create and manage forms, documents, and case studies Assist with other operational and organizational tasks as needed Ideal Candidate Qualifications Industry Experience: Prior experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry preferred Proactive & Self-Driven: Ability to take initiative and work independently Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong skills in social media management, paid ads, and copywriting Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
