Sailpoint Developer with ISC experience in LATAM freelance remote Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at GyanSys Inc. by 2x Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, including lifecycle management, provisioning, and access reviews. Develop and maintain integration connectors with applications such as Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and other cloud/on-prem platforms. Configure and maintain Identity Cubes by integrating with authoritative sources (e.g., Workday) for automated user onboarding/offboarding. Develop and implement access request workflows using IdentityNow and integrate approval processes with ServiceNow. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) based on attributes such as department, job title, or employment status. Create and manage custom rules, connectors, and transforms within SailPoint. Conduct unit testing, UAT, and go-live support to ensure stable deployment of new IAM functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and HR to gather requirements and implement identity governance controls. Perform regular access certification campaigns and ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations. Maintain and troubleshoot SailPoint jobs, workflows, and configurations. Document processes, configurations, and integration details for operational transparency and audit readiness. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityNow in a production environment. Strong experience integrating IdentityNow with Workday (authoritative source) and ServiceNow (access request & approval workflows). In‑depth understanding of identity lifecycle events, identity cubes, and SailPoint provisioning architecture. Familiarity with identity governance concepts: RBAC, access reviews, policy violation remediation. Solid understanding of directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Proficient in scripting languages such as Beanshell, PowerShell, or Python. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS. Exposure to CyberArk or other PAM tools in the context of IAM. Relevant certifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Security Engineer, or similar. Working knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and architecture. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in IAM development.
