Billing & Collections Analyst at BairesDev We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Collections Analyst to join our Finance team. Your key responsibilities involve creating invoices, managing accounts aging, and resolving billing discrepancies through close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Your success will be measured by ensuring billing accuracy and driving timely cash collection. What You'll Do: - Review weekly reports on the status of balance accounts for Management. - Manage accounts receivables and identify inconsistencies in billing and payment records. - Ensure all clients remain informed about their outstanding debts and payment deadlines. - Identify credit risk based on analysis of account behavior and payment patterns. - Prepare payment plan agreements, customer guarantees, and other requested documentation. What we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in Finance and Administration. - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). - Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication abilities for client interactions. - 3+ years in Billing and Collections (Desirable). - Advanced level of English.
