Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Billing Analyst to join our Billing Team and take care of the company's billing operations. You will ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers٫ guaranteeing our revenue.
Location: Based out of Bogota, Columbia
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Issuing and sending invoices- Cooperating with other teams to ensure billing accuracy- Helping customers in case of complaints and questions- Managing customer account reconciliations- Participating in monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups- Detecting and resolving errors in billing operations and other related problems- Knowledge of local country Billing compliance requirements
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years' experience of working on a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position- Good practical experience with working on Financial ERP systems.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly especially Excel- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Good organizational and time-management skills- Responsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines- Graduate or any Accounting Graduation.
