Marketing Specialist (Remote) OKGN Refrigeration Location: Remote - Contractor role based outside Canada (open to candidates in South America or the Philippines who can collaborate during Pacific Time hours). We serve institutional, industrial, and commercial clients who expect reliable service, clear communication, and technical expertise. We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of digital marketing efforts and replace outsourced agency work with in‑house expertise. This role is ideal for a self‑directed marketer who understands service‑based businesses and can turn campaigns into real leads. Key Responsibilities Creating, managing, and optimizing paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social platforms) Developing ad copy, visuals, and campaign strategies Advising on required photos, videos, and content assets Monitoring performance and adjusting campaigns based on results Responding to inbound leads and logging them into a CRM Supporting CRM setup and lead tracking processes Collaborating with leadership on growth strategy and targeting Qualifications 3 or more years of marketing experience Hands‑on experience running paid ads Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and bring strategic insight Experience in marketing for HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or trade services Graphic design or basic video editing skills This role is open to remote candidates who can collaborate within Pacific Time business hours. Compensation Independent contractor engagement (long‑term, full‑time hours).
