Job Summary AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team is seeking an Architect II with experience in design, drafting, and construction documentation to work in our Bogotá, Colombia office. Responsibilities Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations. Prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables. Maintain liaison with design and drafting teams. Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required. Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, independently perform advanced technical assignments of varying complexity within approved schedules and budgets. Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines and departments, in collaboration with the project lead. Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. Minimum Requirements BA/BS + 2 years of experience in design, drafting, and construction documentation. Proven involvement in building projects within infrastructure environments is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in transportation systems, railways, airports, data centers, or industrial facilities is considered a plus. Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and collaboration with other departments. Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level required). Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and BIM tools. Basic understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards. Knowledge of American standards is considered a plus. Ability to perform technical quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet established standards.
