Overview Full-Time | Remote | LATAM | English: Professional Internal Role – Lemon Adds Lemon Adds is a performance-driven eCommerce growth agency working with established DTC brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. We don’t sell fluff, vanity metrics, or generic “SEO packages.” We build systems that drive revenue, conversion, and long-term organic leverage. We’re hiring an Elite SEO Expert — a hands-on operator who executes SEO at a high level and understands how search supports real business outcomes. This role is full-time, fully remote (LATAM) and internal-only. What this role is This is not a strategist-only role. This is not a content farm role. This is not a junior or checklist SEO role. This is a senior, execution-first SEO position for someone who: Personally does the work Owns outcomes Understands SEO as part of a broader growth engine You’ll work closely with paid media, CRO, email, and creative teams — not directly with clients. What you will own Organic search execution across assigned DTC brands Non-branded visibility tied to commercial intent Page-level SEO improvements that support conversion Technical SEO health and scalability Responsible use of AI in SEO workflows You are accountable for results, not activity. Core Responsibilities Search Intent & On-Page SEO Execute SEO based on true search intent, not keyword volume Prioritize commercial and transactional keywords Optimize collection pages, PDPs, and supporting content Improve titles, headers, internal CTAs, and internal linking Prune, consolidate, and upgrade existing content Apply CRO-aware SEO (clarity, above-the-fold logic, user flow) Technical SEO (Hands-On) Diagnose and resolve crawl, indexation, and duplication issues Manage Shopify-specific SEO challenges (collections, faceted URLs, duplicates) Implement: Canonicals Index / noindex logic Structured data (Product, FAQ, Review, Article) Improve Core Web Vitals in collaboration with developers Use Screaming Frog and similar tools beyond surface-level audits Content & Topical Authority Build content that supports money pages, not traffic for traffic’s sake Execute topic clusters to grow topical authority Create or guide content briefs aligned with SERP intent Ensure all content is useful, original, and conversion-aware AI & Modern Search Execution Use AI tools to accelerate: Keyword clustering SERP analysis Content structuring Internal linking logic Execute SEO that supports visibility in AI-generated answers Apply entity-based SEO and structured clarity for AI citation Avoid mass or low-quality AI content at all costs Authority & Links Evaluate link quality vs quantity Support safe, brand-aligned authority building Identify and clean toxic link patterns Collaborate on SEO-driven digital PR initiatives when relevant Tools you must be fluent in Google Search Console GA4 Ahrefs and/or SEMrush Screaming Frog Modern SEO platforms (e.g., Search Atlas or similar) You know when tools help — and when human judgment matters. KPIs you are accountable for Non-branded keyword growth Ranking distribution (Top 3 / Top 10) Organic revenue contribution Assisted conversions Page-level conversion rate improvements Time-to-impact benchmarks (90 / 180 days) Traffic alone is not success. Required Experience & Qualifications Proven SEO execution experience for DTC eCommerce brands Strong hands-on Shopify SEO experience Solid technical SEO background Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment Professional-level English (written and spoken) Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup Non-negotiable Traits Outcome-driven mindset Strong ownership and accountability Clear internal communication Comfortable with high standards and measurable expectations Brings solutions, not excuses Immediate Disqualifiers Reliance on “SEO best practices” without context Obsession with vanity metrics AI-only or mass-generated content workflows Tool dependency without understanding Inability to explain failures clearly How to apply To be considered, your application must include: A brief explanation of how SEO should support revenue, not just rankings One example of a technical SEO issue you personally fixed One example of using AI responsibly in an SEO workflow Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
