About The Role As an SEO Expert within our RaaS talent pool, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve clients’ online visibility, organic traffic, and conversion outcomes. You will work closely with marketing and content teams to optimize on-page and off-page performance, monitor KPIs, and continuously refine SEO campaigns based on data insights and algorithm updates. This role requires a mix of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing confidence. You’ll help digital-first companies build sustainable search visibility, strengthen their brand authority, and generate high-quality leads through organic growth. Mission Statement The mission of this role is to elevate our clients’ organic presence through strategic, data-driven SEO initiatives. You’ll ensure that every campaign is optimized for performance, aligned with client objectives, and continuously refined to achieve measurable results. You’ll act as both a strategist and problem solver, proactively identifying and addressing SEO challenges before they impact client performance, upholding Hustler Marketing’s promise of precision, proactivity, and partnership. General Responsibilities Developing and executing effective SEO strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for growth Implementing on-page and off-page optimisation, including technical fixes, content structure, and link-building initiatives Monitoring SEO KPIs (rankings, organic traffic, conversions) and providing actionable insights through regular reports Collaborating with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all touchpoints Staying current with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools or methods Troubleshooting and resolving technical SEO issues that could impact visibility or site performance Suggesting and implementing A/B tests and experiments to improve click-through rates and content engagement Maintaining a client-centric approach, ensuring every recommendation ties back to tangible business outcomes Overall, the SEO Expert will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve strong, sustainable organic growth through strategy, precision, and innovation.
