Overview About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our North America GBS operations. This role is critical in driving transformation, optimizing processes, and delivering strategic value to the business. You will manage high-impact projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities Lead strategic, multi-country projects within the GBS framework, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks with a proactive and analytical approach. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology. Conduct business analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change impact assessments. Develop and present business cases, project charters, and executive dashboards. Drive continuous improvement through gap analysis, process redesign, and automation opportunities. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO best practices. Ensure compliance with internal controls, HSE standards, and corporate governance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or Master’s in Project Management, Operations, or Strategy strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum 8+ years in project management roles within multinational or matrixed organizations. Proven experience leading regional or global transformation projects . Experience in Shared Services Centers and North American business environments is a strong asset. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). Power BI or data visualization experience is a plus. Languages: English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
