**Preferred Qualifications**
Ingeniero de soluciones responsable de liderar y soportar iniciativas con el portafolio de Hybrid Cloud de Oracle. Esto incluye soluciones innovadoras como Cloud at Customer, Exadata y otros sistemas de ingeniería, servidores, almacenamiento y soluciones de nube privada. Se requiere conocimiento en bases de datos Oracle, soluciones de data management, arquitectura empresarial y soluciones de nube.
Calificaciones
Educación: Ingeniería Electrónica, de sistemas o afines, con nível de pregrado o equivalentes, deseable estudios de Postgrado.
Experiência en la industria:
5 años + experiência en bases de datos, Nube híbrida, Presales / Solution Engineering / arquitectura de TI, infraestructura de TI
Experiência en tecnología:
- Experiência en bases de datos Oracle y tecnología relacionada a nível de seguridad, disponibilidad, administración, desempeño y escalabilidad.
- Conocimiento fuerte en data management, arquitectura de datos y nuevas tecnoligías de bases de datos y tendencias de industria.
- Conocimiento de infraestructura, cómputo, nube híbrida y almacenamiento.
- Conocimiento de competencia en bases de datos y soluciones de infraestructura empresariales.
- Habilidad para liderar sesiones de discovery con clientes para detectar necesidades.
- Habilidad para describir los retos de negocio con clientes y mapearlos como soluciones técnicas.
- Habilidades de ventas y marketing demostrables.
Como Principal Sales Consultant será responsable, como experto, de formular, liderar y dar soporte técnico y funcional en iniciativas para prospección de clientes.
Enfoque en deals grandes u oportunidades complejas de venta que necesiten soluciones creativas. Crear contenido y demostraciones y presentarlas de forma efectiva. Liderar todos los aspectos técnicos del proceso de ventas.
Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita: Análisis de necesidades, posicionamiento, justificaciones de negocio, técnicas de cierre y manejo de objeciones. Habilidades de influenciamiento a través de presentaciones, demostraciones y comunicaciones escritas. Disponibilidad para viajar.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
