We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support our financial operations primarily in Canada , with additional responsibilities related to Colombian entities . This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and support for monthly closings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local accounting standards. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and external accounting firms to ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and timely. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to Canadian or international accounting standards . Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and online payment tools (e.g., Stripe). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with remote and international teams. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain alldaily accounting transactionsfor Canada and Colombia. Support the preparation and closing ofmonthly financial statementsand related reports. Assist withtax compliance and filingsunder supervision. Performbank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across all ledgers. Monitor and recordexpenses, revenues, and vendor invoicesin accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Stripe, Kajabi). Supportpayroll and expense management processes Help managemulti-currency transactionsand intercompany reconciliations. Provide support forbudget trackingandvariance analysis. Maintain documentation for audits and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Assist invendor payments and client billing Collaborate in theadministrative and accounting setupof the new Bogotá office, including POS and payment systems.
