Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will take on a leadership role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies for multiple B2B companies. You will manage a remote team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring the effective implementation of campaigns, optimization of websites, and generation of high-quality leads. Your experience in WordPress development, SEO, SEM, and PPC will be crucial in achieving our digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement them to continually enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for SEO and user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on WordPress development, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, including website development and customization.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Experience with SEM and PPC platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and technologies.
