**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE**
El Account Manager Enterprise es responsable de gestionar relaciones estratégicas con clientes corporativos clave, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y maximizar el valor para la empresa a través de soluciones y servicios personalizados. Este rol implica una combinación de habilidades de ventas, gestión de cuentas y conocimiento profundo del mercado y productos de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- **Gestión de Cuentas**:
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes asignados, comprendiendo sus necesidades y objetivos empresariales.
- Mantener una comunicación regular con los clientes para garantizar la satisfacción continua y la retención.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del cliente, desde la adquisición hasta la renovación y el upselling.
- Ser el punto de contacto principal para cualquier consulta o problema relacionado con el servicio.
- **Desarrollo de Negocios**:
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas asignadas y desarrollar estrategias para aprovecharlas.
- Colaborar con otros equipos internos, como ventas, marketing y servicios profesionales, para garantizar la entrega efectiva de soluciones personalizadas.
- Participar en el desarrollo de propuestas comerciales y presentaciones para clientes potenciales y existentes.
- **Análisis y Planificación**:
- Analizar datos de ventas y rendimiento de cuentas para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.
- Desarrollar planes de cuenta detallados que incluyan objetivos específicos, estrategias y tácticas para alcanzarlos.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y las tecnologías emergentes que puedan afectar a los clientes y a la empresa.

Profesional en** **Administración de Empresas, Marketing, y afines con 3 años de experiência demostrada en ventas empresariales, preferiblemente en el sector de Telecomunicaciones
Con certificaciones adicionales en ventas o gestión de cuentas con conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de CRM y software de productividad.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, escrita y fuertes habilidades analíticas
Capacidad para negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales complejos.
Orientación al cliente y capacidad para construir relaciones de confianza a largo plazo.
Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario
