SDR – Sales Development Representative (Medellín) Ubicación: Remoto – Preferencia Medellín o Colombia Modalidad: Tiempo completo Empresa: CodersLab.io ¿Eres bueno generando conversaciones, entendiendo necesidades y abriendo oportunidades comerciales? EnCodersLab.io estamos creciendo en EE. UU. y LATAM, y buscamos un(a)SDR basado(a) en Medellín que nos ayude a generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para nuestros servicios de desarrollo y talento tech nearshore. Tu misión: Abrir nuevas conversaciones con decisores (CTOs, Product Managers, Fundadores) de empresas tecnológicas para presentar el valor deCodersLab.iocomo partner estratégico en desarrollo de software y equipos tech. Identificar y calificar prospectos usando LinkedIn, correo y plataformas de prospección. Ejecutar campañas de outreach multicanal. Coordinar reuniones comerciales con el equipo de ventas o founders. Mantener CRM actualizado y con información precisa de leads. Colaborar con marketing para campañas y alineamiento de mensajes. Reportar avances, métricas y pipeline semanalmente. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como SDR, BDR o ejecutivo comercial B2B (ideal en tecnología o servicios digitales). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Manejo de herramientas de prospección como HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, etc. Inglés intermedio-alto (capacidad para sostener llamadas y escribir emails profesionales). Residencia en Medellín o Colombia, con disponibilidad horaria LATAM/EST. Perfil proactivo, organizado y muy orientado a resultados. Se valora: Conocimiento de metodologías como SPIN, MEDDIC, o Sandler. Entendimiento básico de desarrollo o estructuras tech (bonus). Cultura 100% remota, colaborativa y orientada al impacto. Comisiones por reuniones generadas y oportunidades calificadas. Acceso directo al equipo comercial y fundadores. Crecimiento real dentro del equipo de ventas (AE, partnerships, etc.) Herramientas premium para prospección y formación continua. #J-18808-Ljbffr
