As a Bookkeeper , you’ll be responsible for financial records, transactions, and reporting for U.S. insurance companies. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing financial transactions and ensuring records are always up to date. Handling calls and emails with insurance companies to provide account updates and resolve queries. Processing and verifying billing and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintaining precise financial records and verifying insurance and account details. Preparing monthly reports for internal teams and clients. Supporting audits by organizing records and providing necessary documentation. Ensuring compliance with data security policies and maintaining strict confidentiality. What You Bring to the Table: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Sharp attention to detail – accuracy is everything in bookkeeping. Clear, professional communication in English (B2+ level). Ability to operate independently and adapt to changing priorities. A problem-solving mindset – if something doesn’t add up, you find out why.
