Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Account Executive with a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will focus on exceeding sales targets, specifically aiming to reach 130% of their quota, by acquiring new logos for SAP S/4HANA Public with an emphasis on AI capabilities. You will be covering a territory with 3,000 potential accounts, each generating up to $50 million in revenue. Your mission is to pursue and cultivate relationships with partners, customers and our internal team and value proposition. High achievers may qualify for the prestigious Winners Circle in Hawaii, celebrating success alongside top performers. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Execute sales strategies to acquire new logos for SAP S/4HANA Public and expand our value with AI-driven solutions. Generate new business opportunities within the territory of 3,000 potential accounts, each with revenues up to $50 million. Client and Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Sales Process Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, specifically for SAP S/4HANA Public and AI-driven solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales proposals highlighting AI benefits. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to reveal industry trends and client needs for ERP solutions enhanced with AI capabilities. Analyze competitors’ activities and develop strategies to effectively position our AI-integrated offerings. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams and Partners: Work closely with marketing, demand generation, presales, and partners to ensure client satisfaction and business growth with AI-enhanced solutions. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reaching 130% of your quota to qualify for the Winners Circle in Hawaii. Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about the latest trends in ERP, AI, and particularly SAP S/4HANA Public. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, with a focus on AI integration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in digital sales, with specific experience in ERP, cloud-based, and AI-enhanced solutions. Demonstrated hunter mentality with the ability to effectively open doors and create opportunities. Strong understanding of the digital and AI landscapes and their application across various industries. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
