We are seeking a remote Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator. This is a fully remote role working as a key member of our small, close-knit 6-person recruiting team. You'll report directly to the Director of Recruiting and play a critical role in implementing sourcing strategies, identifying top candidates, and supporting our recruiting efforts.

Work Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time

Pay Rate: $3 - $4 (Per Hour)

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build targeted candidate lists using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other resources.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
  • Potentially conduct initial phone screens with qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to match candidates to job openings in Construction Management and other industries.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal ATS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email campaign tools and CRM/ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing team.
