In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Data Analytics Manage and process operational, customer, and supplier data with accuracy and consistency across systems. Execute and troubleshoot macros and scripts in Excel or Google Sheets to create customized analyses using standard business assumptions. Leverage AI tools and machine learning–driven analytics to automate data preparation, identify patterns, and enhance insight generation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for leadership. Conduct recurring and ad‑hoc analyses to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities. Refine and interpret analytical outputs into polished, business‑ready visualizations and presentations aligned with organizational goals. Transform and visualize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Process Improvement / Operational Efficiency Collaborate across the team to streamline reporting processes, enhance data workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and implement automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy through data integration and AI‑driven process optimization tools. Build and refine scalable processes for consistent, high‑quality data reporting and operational efficiency. Use AI‑assisted solutions to monitor performance trends, detect anomalies, and recommend process enhancements. Support leadership and business partners with timely analyses, KPI tracking, and performance reporting aligned with organizational goals. Balance multiple stakeholder requests while meeting SLA requirements and maintaining precision and quality. Automate workflows and integrate data sources. Build scalable reporting frameworks. Adapt quickly to evolving tools, priorities, and business needs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, macros, scripts). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma). Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboard management, and data integration. Experience leveraging AI and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and Python‑based AI/ML tools for data analysis, reporting, or process optimization. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability.
