Responsibilities:
  1. Together with Director, Marketing Americas manage development and execution of regional and local product campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met;
  2. Own the local marketing strategy holistically including Growth initiatives, Strategic projects and a Full Funnel marketing program;
  3. Design Marketing Campaigns accordingly and complete with Communication in own and earned, Performance marketing, Social Media and Activations;
  4. Work with global marketing to localize relevant campaigns in service of user growth;
  5. Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability;
  6. Be user obsessed: Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education and operation campaigns;
  7. Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels;
  8. Grow our user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand in fun, creative and informative ways;
  9. Monitor campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience;
  10. Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth;
  11. Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth;
  12. Help shape the Binance brand in Latam Region;
  13. Team Management.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must;
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast paced industry;
  3. Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done;
  4. Must have a strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology;
  5. Must be able to work independently;
  6. Capable of working under pressure and short timelines;
  7. Balance strategic planning with operations and execution;
  8. A university degree relating to Marketing is a plus;
  9. Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing;
  10. Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, and event management;
  11. Proven experience in growing and managing user base.
