You will bring clarity to the pipeline, strengthen conversion rates, and ensure the sales team operates with discipline, transparency, and consistency—without the need for a full‑time executive hire. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the firm's overall sales strategy aligned with growth goals. Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to performance targets. Establish clear roles, processes, and expectations within the sales department. Create scalable sales playbooks and training frameworks. Revenue & Pipeline Management Own pipeline visibility, forecasting, and revenue reporting. Define and track KPIs such as lead conversion, cycle time, close rate, and revenue per case. Optimize pricing, intake qualification, and sales‑to‑legal handoff processes. Improve CRM adoption, data accuracy, and reporting discipline. Cross‑Functional Alignment Partner closely with legal operations to ensure capacity, quality, and smooth case transitions. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion performance. Provide leadership with insights and recommendations based on sales data and trends. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer, Head of Sales, VP of Sales, or Revenue Leader. Strong background in professional services, legal services, or high‑consideration sales. Experience working in a fractional, consulting, or advisory capacity preferred. Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams and processes. Data‑driven, metrics‑focused, and highly organized. Excellent leadership, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
