Responsible for sales of all Nova Biomedical core clinical analyzers (CRT, pHOx, Prime, Prime Plus, Prime Plus Vet) to hospitals throughout specified geographical territory. Accountable for driving sales results, sales revenue growth goals, penetration of key accounts, continued support of existing Nova blood gas customers through personal relationships and support. Account Executive‑Blood Gas Products will report to their respective Regional Sales Manager (RSM). If you’re passionate about Blood Gas Products and want to be part of a team that is shaping the future of life sciences, we’d love to hear from you, apply today What you’ll do Direct sales of Nova clinical analyzers to both new and existing customers throughout specified territories. Establish and develop relationships with existing customers to promote customer satisfaction and drive existing consumable revenue. Understand, navigate and leverage each “critical” department and call points throughout the hospital (Lab, POC, RT, OR, ED, ICU, Nursing, Radiology, etc.) Generate leads and drive product interest through equipment demonstrations (demo’s), product evaluations, and committee presentations in each of these departments. Develop/manage short and long‑term sales funnel. Establish and develop relationships with clinical decision makers through the presentation of superior clinical results, process improvements, and menu enhancements. Drive long, complex sales processes involving multiple technical, clinical, contracting and purchasing contacts. Navigate and influence decision making within Integrated Health Networks (IHN), Group Purchasing Organization (GPO’s) and understand hospital affiliation with them. Leverage Inside Sales through consistent communication to establish new contacts, penetrate accounts, coordinate meetings and help manage existing customer base. Attend “approved” national, regional and local trade shows to help facilitate the promotion of Nova’s clinical products. Work closely with the respective Nova Account Executive‑Blood Gas to fully penetrate accounts and identify sales opportunities for the entire Nova product portfolio. Communicate with the Nova Account Executive/Blood Gas and Nova field service on a regular and routine basis. Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracting throughout the sales life cycle. Comply with and complete all administrative responsibilities as directed by management including but not limited to weekly expense reports, monthly review of territory business plan with RSM, conference call attendance, correspondence with sales management data base, etc. What we are looking for in you Strong communication skills with proven ability to self-manage complex sales cycles. Ability to lift, carry, and transport instruments weighing up to approximately 66 lb. as part of regular job duties. Must practice safe lifting techniques to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. Capital equipment sales to hospital laboratories. Strong B2B background with multi-level & committee sales history. BA/BS Degree. 5+ years of “direct” sales experience with documented success.
