- Stay on top of industry trends and adhere to best practices for continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
- Provide exemplary customer service to prospects and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet stringent deadlines.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales.
- Prior experience working with Western companies is preferred.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of Cold Calling, CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 applications, and Pipeline Management.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify quality leads.
