As we continue scaling our teams in LATAM, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Colombia to join our Recruiting Team. काळ> In this role, you will manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical positions and collaborate closely with our LATAM recruiting team and hiring managers. Why Join Zoolatech Competitive compensation and contractor‑friendly setup Opportunity to grow fast and take ownership of hiring processes Support and mentorship from an experienced global recruiting team Exposure to real, high‑impact hiring projects across the U.S. and Europe Hands‑on experience with modern recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding Fully remote, LATAM‑friendly working environment Culture built on transparency, ownership, open communication, and continuous learning Responsibilities Own full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles across different domains Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide market insights Source candidates via LinkedIn Premium and other professional platforms Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate motivation and fit Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in Jira (ATS) Collaborate closely with the LATAM recruiting team on pipelines, priorities, and candidate hand போன்ற Ensure clear, structured, and timely communication with candidates throughout the process Participate in Hiring Terms Calls Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal People Team projects Support basic reporting and help improve recruitment processes Skills Required 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment Strong sourcing skills and experience with full‑cycle hiring Hands‑on experience with ATS protagonists (Jira is a plus) Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership Advanced English (spoken and written) Availability to work hours aligned with the LATAM time zone Experience hiring in LATAM or multicultural environments is a strong plus Engagement Model: Direct Independent Contractor This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a direct contractual relationship between Zoolatech and the individual ಅವಕಾಶ provider. To facilitate this direct partnership, we engage with professionals who are registered and operate as a sole proprietorship, private entrepreneur, or an equivalent self‑employment status in your country.
