Senior Technical Recruiter (100% remote) Join Tether.io as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for software engineers, AI engineers, and other roles. The position requires strong English and Spanish communication skills, experience with hiring in technical fields, and proficiency in ATS. Company Overview Tether is a global financial platform building products like its stablecoin USDT, tokenization services, energy solutions, AI technologies, and education programs. Responsibilities Source and attract top talent using job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms. Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools. Network and establish relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Screen resumes, conduct initial video interviews, administer assessments, and evaluate candidates. Coordinate in-depth interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria. Provide recommendations and facilitate post-interview discussions for final selection. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics. Analyze recruitment data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with focus on software engineers and AI engineers. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in fast‑paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
